Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to All Your Burning Questions !

Can border‑less glass be used for the cabinet?

Yes. Border‑less and panoramic designs are available to maximize transparency. Customers’ eyes will focus fully on food, giving a suspended visual effect. Ideal for premium cakes and high‑end Japanese food requiring strong visual impact.

Is the cabinet glass ultra‑clear glass? What is its light transmittance?

High‑transmittance tempered glass is standard; ultra‑clear glass is optional with light transmittance ≥91% for true‑to‑life color rendering. Ordinary glass carries green tint and distorts food colors, while ultra‑clear glass restores original colors — redder strawberries, greener matcha cakes, to boost appetite.

How much heat‑dissipation space should be reserved for installation?

Reserve at least 20‑40 cm at the back or bottom. If top‑vented, reserve more than 30 cm. Adequate ventilation guarantees refrigeration efficiency, reduces failure rate and extends compressor service life.

Can the display cabinet be placed against the wall?

Yes, but maintain back‑side heat‑dissipation clearance of minimum 20 cm. If wall‑mount flush placement is needed, inform us in advance for side‑vent or front‑vent structure to avoid heat accumulation.

Is the cabinet suitable for outdoor or semi‑outdoor use?

Standard version is designed for indoor use, not recommended for outdoor scenarios. For outdoor markets, an enhanced refrigeration system is required. Note: high outdoor temperature and direct sunlight may push food temperature out of safe range; refrigeration configuration needs extra evaluation.

What is the standard power‑cord length? Can it be extended?

Standard length: 1.5 m. Custom longer cords are available, with voltage‑drop fully considered for safety. Match cord length to socket distance, use independent power socket and avoid long ordinary extension cords.

What are the recommended operating‑environment conditions?

Ideal conditions: ambient temperature ≤25℃, humidity ≤60%, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Under these conditions, the unit runs at peak efficiency with stable food temperature. Select higher‑spec models if site conditions are limited.

Can the unit be placed in kitchens or heavy‑fume locations?

Not recommended for kitchen placement. If necessary, install anti‑fume filter and carry out regular thorough cleaning. Oil fumes will clog condenser fins and degrade cooling performance or even cause shutdown. Maintenance frequency directly affects equipment service life.

What is the power consumption?

Daily power consumption ranges 3‑10 °subject to cabinet size. Our units are fitted with top‑tier European and domestic compressors, copper‑tube evaporators, energy‑saving fans, R290 eco‑friendly refrigerant and LED lamps for green, energy‑saving operation.

What is the adjustable internal temperature range?

Standard refrigeration range: 2℃‑10℃ with precise adjustment. Set temperature freely for desserts, cooked food, beverages and other products.
